In order to realize an optimal solution for this trajectory, we have digitalized the complex transaction process with a new tool, developed on the Silicon Low Code platform.
We started with a thorough analysis of all the requirements of the application and the associated calculations. After these were mapped out, we created a calculation model in which all possible calculations and bookings were accurately performed. This model was tested extensively. The tool was ultimately developed on the basis of this calculation model for complex transactions.
Given the wide range of insurance products that need to be booked, including custom constructions, the application requires functionality to also correctly process exceptional bookings. To achieve this, the system is designed in such a way that screens can be overruled. This allows employees to enter these exceptions in bookings themselves.
